Public transport in Dublin for June Bank Holiday Weekend 2023

Buses

Dublin Bus services will run to normal timetables on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th June, with diversions in place on some routes on Sunday 4th June due to the VHI Women's Mini Marathon.

Nitelink services will be in operation on Friday 2nd June and Saturday 3rd June 2023.

On Bank Holiday Monday 5th June, all Dublin Bus services will operate to a Sunday timetable.

Trams

Luas services will run as normal on on both lines on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th June.

On Bank Holiday Monday 5th June, Luas will run Sunday operating hours and frequency with services beginning at 7.00am on the Green and Red Lines.

  • From Sandyford (Southbound): first tram at 07:14; last tram at 00:02

  • From Sandyford (Northbound): first tram at 07:00; last tram at 23:18

  • From Brides Glen: first tram at 07:00; last tram at 23:00

Red Line Hours — Bank Holiday Monday 5th June

  • From Tallaght: first tram at 07:00; last tram at 23:00

  • From St. Stephen’s Green (Northbound): first tram at 07:22 ; last tram at 23:40

  • From Saggart: first tram at 07:12; last tram at 22:51

  • From Connolly: first tram at 15:12; last tram at 19:03

  • From The Point: first tram at 07:00; last tram at 23:30

Both Red and Green Luas lines will run as normal from first tram on Tuesday 6th June 2023.
