Extra Irish Rail services announced for All-Ireland Football Final

Irish Rail has announced a number of additional train services to help supporters travel to and from the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final on Sunday, 26 July.

This year's decider sees Kerry take on Mayo, with throw-in scheduled for 3:30pm. Kerry are aiming to retain the Sam Maguire Cup, while Mayo are bidding for their first All-Ireland title since 1951.

To help fans get to Dublin and home again, Irish Rail has added the following services:

The additional services are:

  • 06:20 Westport → Dublin Heuston

  • 08:30 Sligo → Dublin Connolly

  • 10:40 Dundalk → Dublin Connolly

  • 11:35 Ballina → Manulla Junction

  • 11:50 Westport → Dublin Heuston

  • 18:15 Drumcondra → Sligo

  • 20:25 Dublin Heuston → Westport

Passengers travelling to the match are advised to book tickets in advance where required and allow extra time at stations, as services are expected to be busy throughout the day.
